Summary
On 3 June 2011, Australia Post submitted a price notification to the ACCC under subsection 95Z(5) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 which proposed increases in the prices of its bulk mail letter services. On 23 June 2011, the ACCC decided to not object to price increases in bulk mail letter services proposed by Australia Post. Australia Post proposes to increase prices with effect from 4 July 2011.
