Under section 152BEBG of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, the ACCC must maintain a register, to be known as the Register of Layer 2 Bitstream Access Agreement Statements. In this register, the ACCC includes all statements given to it under sections 152BEBE and 152BEBF of the Act.

This website will contain this register available for inspection, and will be updated from time to time upon the receipt of statements of differences.
