ACCC is of the view that Acepark has contravened ss. 51AB, 52, 53(c), 53(d), and 59(1) TPA. Acepark undertakes to cease legal actions of recovery of payment against various customers and release them from any further claims; that payments made by these customers to Acepark will be refunded; will compensate them for proven losses: that Acepark will set up a structured complaints handling system
