Undertaking

Four Aus-Care medical centres have undertaken to ensure that vaccinations of Hepatitis B do not include a GST component and the medical centres will review their billing practices to ensure there is no GST component on any GST-free services.

The medical centres will distribute a corrective policy and refund of the GST component to all patients charged a GST on Hepatitis B vaccinations.

The Aus-Care medical centres will also implement a Trade Practices Compliance Program.
