The socks were labelled on the front panel as Mentor Sox Cotton, Mentor Sox Angora Wool, Mentor Sox Lurex, Mentor Sox Fine Wool, Mentor Sox Fine Cotton and Mentor Sox Wool.

Undertaking given that, as of the date of the undertaking, or as soon as possible afterward, if company chooses to make representations as to fibre content on the front panel of labels or packaging, it will represent the fibre content in an appropriately qualified manner, taking into account not only the most significant or dominant fibre but any other fibre in the socks.
