It was alleged that Firewatch had supplied and relabelled modified fire extinguishers to a higher rating without the requisite certification for compliance marks to the mandatory standard for the higher rating on the units. Firewatch undertakes to keep a sales register which records both the sales (receipt number etc) and invoice details for fire extinguisher stock movements by the company on orders received and units supplied for that order along with the implementation of a corporate compliance program.
