Golden Way Realty have agreed to identify and write to those customers and offer refunds of the additional amount of GST charged in agreements that were silent in regards to a GST liability for the professional fee.

Golden Way Realty have agreed to develop and implement a Trade Practices compliance program which complies with AS 3806 - 1998. Golden Way Realty will appoint an independent external auditor to audit the compliance program.
