Misleading or deceptive advertising campaign as to the availability of Optus local telephony services. At the time of the advertising campaign, those services were not available to any significant extent. Undertakings to provide support for the Fair Call Guidelines; make an Information Announcement Production with ACCC guidance; and refrain from such false or misleading claims over the year following the commencement of the undertaking.
