False or misleading representations in relation to the Advance Australia Foundation’s (AAF’s) approval to use the Advance Australia logo.

Undertakings given:

• not to represent that any of its products are licensed by AAF to carry the logo;
• to remove or amend any representation purporting that Panache products have AAF’s approval to carry the logo, unless such approval given; and
• to implement a trade practices compliance program within three months of the Commission approving the program, to remain in force for a minimum of two years
