ss. 52, 53 & 79: RNP collected and opened mail addressed to mailboxes of 3 Qld towns for a Canadian company TLC. TLC operated a lottery subscription service but advertised itself as "International Monetary Funding", which it had no relationship to. RNP undertakes that it has terminated its relationship with TLC completely. RNP will not enter any future contractual relationship with TLC or related entities re a lottery. RNP undertake to make diligent inquiry about any business relationship it enters to ensure against contravention of Part V.
