Seven Network Ltd - s.87B undertaking

Breach of Sections 45 & 47 of the Trade Practices Act. 1) Seven undertakes to the Commission to negotiate in good faith with the new licensee for the supply for free-to-air broadcast in the Area of some or all of the Programs or the Seven Network Feed (as may be requested by new licensee). 2) GWN undertakes to the Commission that it will not interfere with or otherwise frustrate the performance by Seven of the Seven Undertaking; will not object, prevent or hinder Nine offering to any new licensee programs which are part of Nines Feed to GWN and which GWN elect not to broadcast within 24 hrs of supply; will use its reasonable endeavours to promptly notify Nine of any election (referred to previously) so as to give Nine opportunity to offer such programs to the new licensee should it wish to.
