Toll Holdings - s.87B undertaking

Toll Trans is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Holdings. Concerns that the managment of the business of the port of Hastings by Toll Trans may SLC, contravening s. 50 TPA. Toll Holdings undertakes to not prevent/hinder any business operator from using/proposing to use the port of Hastings for usual commercial purposes. Toll Holdings will not acquire ownership or interests in SA, Vic, NSW ports/ port facilities where turnover is over $500 000pa,or likely to be over $500 000 in the first year without giving ACCC reasonable advance notice in writing. Toll Holdings will ensure that any related company it controls will comply with the terms of clauses of undertaking.
