False or misleading representation in relation to the country of origin of boy’s shirts.  Shirts which were made in India were inadvertently mixed with a batch of Australian-made shirts and all the shirts were labelled as being made in Australia.

Undertakings given to ensure that all labelling, packaging, advertising and promotional material correctly represents the products’ country of origin.

The company also undertook to review its operations to minimise the risk of mis-labelling in the future and to train staff about trade practices issues.
