The ACCC/AER Pride Network proudly represents ACCC and AER LGBTQIA+ employees and allies.
The objective is to promote diversity and inclusion at the ACCC and AER where people of all sexual orientations and gender identities can thrive.
Recent achievements of the network include:
- developing the agency's first Pride Plan 2022-24
- welcoming over 200 staff into one of the largest pride networks in the Australian Public Service
- recognising annual days of significance, including Wear it Purple Day, the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, IDAHOBIT and World AIDS Day
- publishing a quarterly Pride Network Newsletter.
