The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission proposes to grant authorisation for 5 years to Anglo American Services and Jellinbah Group to collectively negotiate terms and conditions for the purchase of tyres for mining vehicles.
The ACCC has granted interim authorisation to allow the Applicants to collectively negotiate terms and conditions for the purchase of tyres for mining vehicles.
