Conditional Ministerial exemptions for gas suppliers

This register contains details of exemptions granted by the Energy Minister, with the agreement of the Resources Minister, under section 61 of the Gas Market Code.

The ACCC must publish details of conditional Ministerial exemptions, under the Competition and Consumer (Gas Market Code) Regulations 2023.

Please note that supplier names published on this exemption register may also be published on the small gas supplier exemption register where the supplier also meets the deemed exemption criteria under section 55.
