The ACCC has issued a draft determination proposing to re-authorise arrangements between Cuscal Limited and the current and future members of the rediATM network, whereby among other things they agree not to directly charge each other’s cardholders for ATM transactions conducted at rediATMs.
The ACCC proposes to re-authorise the arrangements for 10 years.
