This report was commissioned by the ACCC to examine the interaction of issues relevant to the sharing economy with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and the Australian Consumer Law.

The report was prepared by Deloitte Access Economics. The ACCC is currently considering issues outlined in this report and intends to release further guidance for participants in the sharing economy at a later time.
