Draft determinations 9 Nov 2022
On 9 November 2022 the ACCC released draft determinations proposing to grant Bulk Cargo Services Pty Ltd and Wagner Corporation Pty Ltd exempt service provider status in relation to their respective Pinkenba port terminal facilities.
The ACCC invited submissions in response to the draft determinations. The closing date for submissions was 23 November 2022. One submission was received.
