T-Ports Wallaroo wheat port exemption assessment

On 17 February 2023, the ACCC released its draft determination proposing to grant T-Ports Pty Ltd exempt service provider status in relation to its port terminal facility at Wallaroo.

The ACCC invited submissions in response to its draft determination. The closing date for submissions was 10 March 2023. No submissions were received.
