December 2020 variation of the 2011 Hunter Valley Coal Network Access Undertaking

On 7 August 2019, the ACCC sent a letter to stakeholders outlining the ACCC's intention to commence engaging with the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) and stakeholders to understand the key issues stakeholders consider are relevant to a replacement Hunter Valley Access Undertaking (HVAU). The letter sets out the ACCC's expectations around stakeholder consultation.

On 16 August 2019, the ACCC sent a letter to stakeholders notifying that the ACCC had made a factual error in its 7 August 2019 letter. The 16 August 2019 letter corrects this error.
