On 6 January 2012 ARTC submitted to the ACCC a request to vary its undertaking. The variation relates to proposed forecast capital expenditure applicable to the period 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2018 on the interstate rail network.
On 18 April 2012, the ACCC decided to consent to ARTC’s application to vary its undertaking.
