The ACCC issued a discussion paper on the undertakings on 31 January 2006. The ACCC accepted submissions from parties until the revised deadline of 28 March 2006.

Telstra submission in response to discussion paper

Telstra provided submissions in response to the discussion paper. It also resubmitted submissions made in September 2005 in response to the ACCC's draft decision on Telstra's previous ULLS monthly charge undertaking. Public versions of both sets of submissions have been published.
