The ACCC wrote to interested parties explaining its view that there may be a case for commencing an inquiry into declaration of a wholesale ADSL service.
The ACCC received seventeen responses; fourteen considered an inquiry into possible declaration of a wholesale ADSL service desirable, three did not.
