Division 12 record keeping rule 20208 Dec 2020
On 8 December 2020, the ACCC finalised its review of the Division 12 record keeping rule and released a revised instrument.
To allow carriers and carriage service providers time to the make the appropriate system adjustments, changes to the Rules don't take effect until the 2021-22 financial year.
This means that the appropriate system adjustments won't need to be in place until 1 July 2021.
For the 2020-21 financial year, the rules will remain unchanged and carriers and carriage service providers should follow the current rules dated July 2013.
