The ACCC released its draft advice on water infrastructure charge rules and interested parties were invited to make submissions. The draft advice presents the ACCC’s proposed water charge rules for irrigation infrastructure operators and bulk water operators within the Murray–Darling Basin.

The ACCC asked that submissions on the draft advice be provided no later than Friday, 8 May 2009.
