Submissions to interim report30 Oct 2020
The ACCC released an interim report on 30 July 2020. To provide stakeholders’ sufficient time to provide their submissions, the closing date for submissions was extended to 30 October 2020.

Confidentiality
Broadly speaking, the Inquiry is a public process and written feedback will be posted on the ACCC website.
The ACCC can accept a claim of confidentiality from the party if the disclosure of information would damage their competitive position.
