Calcorp (Australia) Pty Ltd - variation - s.87B undertaking

The attached document is a variation to the undertaking from Calcorp and Mr Antonio Dattilo that was accepted by the ACCC on 28 September 2009. The variation has the effect of removing the obligations that Calcorp establish and implement a Trade Practices Compliance Program and that Mr Dattilo attend practical trade practices training. However, should Calcorp and/or Mr Dattilo recommence trading or involvement with any company that supplies good or services in Australia (including edible oil), Calcorp and Mr Dattilo will be required to fulfil these obligations prior to doing so.
