GrainCorp Newcastle exemption

On 1 October 2014, the ACCC made a decision under the Port Terminal Access (Bulk Wheat) Code of Conduct that GrainCorp is an exempt service provider of port terminal services provided by means of its Carrington bulk grain port facility at Newcastle.
