Issues paper29 May 2009
The ACCC released an issues paper as part of its assessment of the proposed access undertaking. Submissions were due by 26 June 2009. ARTC provided further information after this date and the ACCC received further submissions in response to that additional material. The ACCC also received consultancy reports on the proposal. The ACCC extended the statutory decision making period to allow sufficient time to consider all of the information provided.

Additional material from ARTC
The ACCC received additional material from ARTC on 13 October 2009. The interim indicative pricing document forms part of the undertaking application.
ACCC request for information
The ACCC requested further information on the undertaking application on 12 October 2009. ARTC responded on 1 December 2009.
ACCC extension
The ACCC extended the period for making a decision on the undertaking application. The date by which the ACCC endeavoured to make a decision was 22 April 2010.
Further stakeholder submissions
The ACCC received submissions from interested parties in addition to those made in response to the paper.
