Hunter Valley Access Undertaking 2016

In June 2016 the ACCC engaged Frontier Economics to undertake an independent analysis of the path based pricing proposal in the 2016 HVAU submitted by ARTC in December 2015. Frontier Economics was engaged prior to ARTC withdrawing the proposed 2016 HVAU on 14 June 2016.

Frontier Economics’ analysis is intended to be an input into the ACCC’s decision making process. The report therefore does not necessarily reflect the ACCC’s final view on ARTC’s proposal for path based pricing.
