Final determination16 Dec 2022
On 16 December 2022, the ACCC released a final determination for the period 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2020.
The ACCC's final determination is that ARTC's revised submission from 26 August 2022 is in accordance with all requirements under the HVAU. ARTC provided its original submission on 26 November 2021, with revised submissions provided in January and August 2022. The ACCC notes that the revised submissions contained only minor revisions, which are documented in chapter 1 of the final determination.
The submitted true-up test audits are also in accordance with the HVAU requirements.
