On 19 October 2023 ARTC provided its further submission to the ACCC as part of the 2021 annual compliance process.
During the 2021 annual compliance process the ACCC issued several information requests to ARTC to obtain further information to assist with our assessment. ARTC provided responses to these requests, some of which are public. The ACCC considered ARTC's further submission and all responses to information requests as part of its compliance assessment.
