ARTC's compliance submission28 Mar 2024
On 28 March 2024 Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) submitted its annual compliance documentation to the ACCC for the calendar year 2022. ARTC's public 2022 compliance documents are provided.
The 2022 annual compliance assessment will be carried out in accordance with Schedule J of version 8 of the HVAU.
