Extension of the 2008 Interstate Access Undertaking (to 30 June 2024)

On 9 March 2023 the ACCC sent a letter to stakeholders seeking comments on ARTC's proposal to extend the term of the Interstate Access Undertaking to 30 June 2024. The extension is to allow for consultation with ARTC’s stakeholders on its replacement undertaking and to provide the ACCC with sufficient time to complete its assessment.

Submissions were due on Friday, 31 March 2023. The ACCC granted a one business day extension to GrainCorp for its submission, which we received on 3 April 2023. This was the only submission received and it is available below.
