Proposed undertaking15 Apr 2009
On 15 April 2009, GrainCorp Operations Limited (GrainCorp) submitted an Access Undertaking (the Undertaking) to the ACCC for assessment under section 44ZZA of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (known as the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) from 1 January 2011).
On 24 September 2009, GrainCorp withdrew the Undertaking dated 15 April 2009 and re-lodged a revised Undertaking.

ACCC issues paper
The ACCC released an Issues Paper on 29 April 2009 regarding the Access Undertakings (the Undertakings) submitted by ABB Grain Ltd (ABB), Co-operative Bulk Handling Ltd (CBH) and GrainCorp Operations Ltd (GrainCorp), and the ACCC invited submissions on the Undertakings from interested parties.

Information request
On 13 May 2009 the ACCC sent a request to GrainCorp to provide further information to assist the ACCC in its assessment of the Undertaking submitted by GrainCorp.

On 22 May 2009 GrainCorp gave a presentation to the ACCC.

On 2 June 2009 the ACCC sent a further request to GrainCorp to provide further information to assist the ACCC in its assessment of the Undertaking submitted by GrainCorp.

On 24 June 2009 GrainCorp responded to the ACCC's request with a supplementary submission.
GrainCorp revised version of service protocols
On 15 June 2009, the ACCC received a letter from GrainCorp attaching a revised version of GrainCorp's Port Terminal Services Protocols.
