The ACCC has made a final decision to approve Viterra's application to introduce long term agreements for the allocation of port capacity at its six South Australian bulk wheat port terminals.

The ACCC's approval relates to Viterra's proposed Port Loading Protocols provided to the ACCC on 10 November 2015.
