The ACCC issued a draft decision on the Optus 2007 Undertaking.
The ACCC also issued a commercial-in-confidence version of the draft decision to Optus relating to Optus information provided in a previous MTAS undertaking process.

Submissions to the draft decision on the Optus 2007 undertaking
The ACCC sought submissions on the draft decision.
On 15 August 2007 Optus lodged a confidential version of its submission in response to the draft decision on the Optus 2007 Undertaking. A public version of the submission and materials in support are published. The ACCC also received a submission from Telstra.
Extension of the Commission’s final decision on the Optus 2007 Undertaking
On 29 August 2007 the ACCC, pursuant to section 152BU(7) of the Trade Practices Act 1974, extended the decision-making period for the assessment of the undertaking until 13 December 2007 by way of written notice to Optus.
