NBN Co SAU Variation (August 2023)

On 17 October 2023 the ACCC released its final decision to accept NBN Co’s proposed variation to its Special Access Undertaking (SAU) submitted on 14 August 2023.

The ACCC has written to NBN Co giving notice of its acceptance of NBN Co’s SAU variation which is published alongside the ACCC’s final decision.

We have also published an expert report by Grex Consulting on its review of NBN Co’s forecast expenditure for the first regulatory cycle of the SAU. The report contains redactions following claims of confidentiality by NBN Co.
