NBN Co SAU variation (March 2022)

On the 18th and 19th of August 2022 the ACCC held an industry forum to discuss the NBN regulatory framework to apply under a varied SAU, and any interim arrangements that might be necessary in the lead up to such a framework coming into effect.

The forum was attended by representatives of NBN Co, its access seekers, and industry, consumer, and government bodies.

At the forum NBN Co and other industry participants presented and discussed their current views on these matters, after NBN Co withdrew its previous proposed variation to its Special Access Undertaking (SAU) on 27 July 2022.

On 9 September 2022 the ACCC published the forum agenda and public summary of discussion. Both documents are available below.
