NBN Co - special access undertaking 2013

On 20 November 2013, the ACCC published the November 2013 SAU and invited submissions from interested parties.

Given the extensive consultation that occurred on the December 2012 SAU (see NBN Co - special access undertaking 2012), the ACCC decided to run a brief period of consultation on the November 2013 SAU. Submissions from interested parties were due on 28 November 2013.
