Interim access determination 6 Jul 2012
The ACCC released an interim access determination for the LBAS under section 152BCG of the Act on 6 July 2012.
The ACCC also released a report, Local bitstream access service: Interim access determination and proposal for the final access determination. At the same time the ACCC extended the public inquiry into making a final access determination for the LBAS. Submissions on the content of the final access determination were due by 3 August 2012.
