Confidential submissions

The ACCC received nine confidential witness statements from Telstra dated 11, 18 and 31 August and 5 September (received in September 2006) and 13, 15, 27, 29 and 29 September 2006 (all received on 20 October 2006). Public versions of all but the 31 August statement have been provided by Telstra.
