Wholesale ADSL service declaration inquiry 2021

The ACCC published a Consultation and position paper to assist interested parties in preparing their submissions to the declaration inquiry.

The paper outlines the ACCC’s position to extend the existing wholesale ADSL service declaration until 30 June 2024 and the issues the ACCC must consider for declaration of telecommunications services.
