Superfast broadband access service final access determination inquiry 2016

The ACCC has conducted a further consultation on three proposed modifications to the pricing approach prior to making a final decision on the SBAS and LBAS final access determinations.

The ACCC also asked UXC Consulting to undertake further modelling to assist the ACCC to make a final decision on the small provider exemption to be adopted for the SBAS final access determination.
