Measures 1(a) & 1(b) resubmitted13 Aug 2013
On 13 August 2013, Telstra submitted amended drafts of required measures 1(a) and 1(b).
Telstra's amendments
Telstra also amended the draft Deed Poll, which is the instrument by which Telstra proposes to obtain the consent of its wholesale customers for NBN Co to undertake pull through. The Deed Poll forms part of required measure 1(a).
A copy of the draft Deed Poll is available on the Telstra wholesale website.
Submissions
The ACCC sought stakeholder feedback on the amended drafts.
