Domestic transmission capacity service access determination 2011-12

On 18 April 2011 the ACCC made an interim access determination for the DTCS.

The interim access determination was backdated to start on 1 January 2011 and expire on 31 December 2011. On 9 November 2011 the ACCC made a declaration under subsection 152BCF(10) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 to extend the expiry date for the DTCS interim access determination to the day immediately before the day on which the DTCS final access determination comes into force.

The interim access determination will be automatically revoked once the ACCC issues a final access determination for the declared DTCS.
