On 26 May 2004 Airservices Australia submitted a price notification to the ACCC proposing that its current prices for regulated services remain in place until 31 December 2004.
On 9 June 2004, the ACCC published a statement of reasons for its decision to not object to Airservices' pricing proposal.
On 12 August 2004 the ACCC received a draft price notification and accompanying documents from Airservices.
On 29 November 2004 the ACCC received a formal price notification from Airservices.
On 17 December 2004 the ACCC released its final decision on Airservices' formal price notification.
