Formal notification4 Jun 2015
On 4 June 2015, Airservices submitted a formal price notification to the ACCC proposing new charges for en route, terminal navigation and aviation rescue and fire-fighting services, effective from 1 July 2015. The notification is consistent with the draft price notification submitted to the ACCC on 1 May 2015.
The proposed prices are consistent with the price path outlined in Airservices’ long-term pricing agreement, which was assessed and accepted by the ACCC in 2011.
Airservices’ proposal also includes increased charges for terminal navigation and aviation rescue and fire-fighting services provided out of ordinary hours.
The ACCC is currently assessing the price notification.
