Proposed guideline and submissions1 May 2008
In May 2008 the ACCC released the draft Airport quality of service monitoring guideline. The draft guideline invited comments from stakeholders and seven submissions were received in response. The statement of reasons to the final guideline provides explanation of the ACCC's decisions made in revising the final guideline.
